Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all SalonGrid subscriptions provided by Coneura Technologies Limited (“SalonGrid,” “we,” “us”). Please read it alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Free trial

SalonGrid offers a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to start the trial. During the trial you have access to the platform so you can evaluate whether it meets your needs before paying anything.

2. Starting a paid subscription

To continue using your business account after the 14-day trial, you must add a payment card. Adding your card charges you immediately for your first month and starts your monthly billing cycle. You will then be charged automatically each month on the same date until you cancel.

By adding your card, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

3. No-refund policy

Because a full 14-day free trial is provided to evaluate the service before any charge, all subscription payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid month, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period after cancellation.

5. Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe you have been charged in error—for example a duplicate charge or a technical billing fault—contact us at contact@salongrid.com within 30 days and we will investigate. Where we confirm an incorrect or duplicate charge, we will refund it.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any refund or cancellation rights you have that cannot be waived under the consumer-protection laws applicable to you.
