Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all SalonGrid subscriptions provided by Coneura Technologies Limited (“SalonGrid,” “we,” “us”). Please read it alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Free Trial and Paid Subscriptions
SalonGrid’s Starter plan is free and has no trial period.
The Premium plan includes a 7-day free trial. No payment card is required to start the trial. If you choose to continue with Premium, you must add a payment card and start your paid subscription. You will be charged for the first billing period, and your subscription will renew automatically each month until you cancel.
By adding your payment card and starting a Premium subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
If you do not subscribe to Premium, you will not be charged and can continue using the Starter plan.
3. No-refund policy
Because Premium includes a 7-day free trial to evaluate the service before payment, Premium subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Unused time in a paid billing period
- Partial billing periods
- Cancelling after a new billing period has started
- Downgrading from Premium to Starter
- Unused seats or features
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Premium access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again. After that, your account will return to the Starter plan.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once, contact contact@salongrid.com within 30 days. If we confirm an incorrect or duplicate charge, we will refund it.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
