Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 17, 2026 · Effective: July 17, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SalonGrid platform and related services (the “Services”) provided by Coneura Technologies Limited (trading as SalonGrid) (“SalonGrid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
SalonGrid is a software platform that enables beauty salons & spas automate bookings, manage finances, retain clients, and grow with better systems.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at contact@salongrid.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Salon owners are responsible for the accounts of any staff members they add to the platform and for ensuring those staff comply with these Terms.
3. Free Trial and Subscriptions
SalonGrid offers a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to begin the trial.
To continue using your business account after the trial, you must add a valid payment card. Adding your card charges you immediately for your first month and begins your monthly subscription cycle. You will then be charged automatically each month on the same date until you cancel.
By adding your card, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy. Full details of billing, cancellation, and refunds are set out in our Refund Policy.
4. Fees and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated, and you are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers (Stripe, Paystack, and Flutterwave). We do not store full payment card details. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we may suspend or restrict access to your account until the outstanding amount is paid.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid month, after which it will not renew. Refunds and cancellation terms are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- upload or transmit any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Services except as permitted by law;
- use the Services to send unsolicited or unlawful communications to salon clients or others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
7. Salon Client Data and Your Responsibilities
Where you use SalonGrid to process personal data about your own clients, you act as the data controller for that data and SalonGrid acts as a data processor on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and share your clients’ personal data with us, and for complying with all applicable data-protection laws in relation to that data. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your failure to do so.
8. Intellectual Property
Our intellectual property. The Services, including all software, source code, design, layout, graphics, and the SalonGrid name, logo, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Coneura Technologies Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Services or our intellectual property to you.
Licence to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your business purposes for the duration of your subscription. This includes making your booking page or booking link available to your own clients so they can view your services and make, manage, or cancel appointments with you. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or otherwise attempt to extract or replicate the source code or underlying structure of the Services.
Your content. Any content you upload to SalonGrid — including your salon name, logo, images, service descriptions, and client records — remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and process that content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you and your clients (for example, showing your logo and services on your booking page). This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies that may remain in backups for a limited period.
Your responsibility for content. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all content you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have a lawful basis to upload any personal data about your clients, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We may remove any content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, or in breach of these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party tools (for example, payment processors or calendar providers). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or content.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
We may carry out maintenance that temporarily limits availability, and will try to schedule this to minimise disruption.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You are responsible for maintaining your own records and for how you run your business. SalonGrid is a tool to assist your operations and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; and
- our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services and these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coneura Technologies Limited and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party (including your salon clients).
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees due, or use the Services in a way that may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using the Services at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account. On termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will continue to apply.
Details of what happens to your data after termination are set out in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and notify active users by email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law entitles you to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
